Revved Up Like A Deuce

The public has spoken and RBE is no longer blinded: We shall cease employing blind submissions immediately. Nothing else has changed in the submission process. Lot's has changed in the submissions though -- to the positive!

Thanks to all who have been submitting lately we have really begun to discover some fine pieces that are good stories within theme -- most importantly, all three themes! It feels good to turn this corner!
