Hot DAMN! DC's BATMAN DARK NIGHTS: METAL #5 rocks it!
Stakes have never been this high or this dark. Great escalation of mystery, distress, horror, failure, fear! Superbly presented, GREAT surprise appearance, strong decision-making, and just enough small squeaks of potential success to keep faith and hope alive. The story was so engrossing I did not find any pieces of the art disrupting flow, even when I examined them -- the way a comic is supposed to entertain. Super issue, super pumped for the finale! I'm adopting this look by Diana whenever someone dares to think there is no hope.
